Cheese Kimchi Rice Bowl by MAMA HALLA



Amser Paratoi

15 minutes


Basmati/sushi rice (1 portion)

Cooking oil (1 TBSP)

Vegan Kimchi (100g)

Cheddar/Mozzarella Cheese (50g)

Sweet Corn (30g)

Spring Onion (15g)

Soy Sauce (1 TBSP)

Brown Sugar (1 tsp)

Sut i wneud

  1. While boiling rice, roughly chop the spring onion and set aside. 

  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry kimchi for 2 min. 

  3. Add brown sugar and soy sauce, and cook until evaporated (becomes thicker). 

  4. Add the boiled rice and sweet corn, and mix well. 

  5. Turn off heat and serve in a bowl. 

  6. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped spring onion to serve. 

  7. Mix evenly and eat.
